I Acknowledge that All orders require a 50% retainer 45 days before event and paid in full 30 days before event. Events booked 30 Days before Event Require ACH Transfer for payment
Misuse/Use of this form for any other purpose than requesting goods and services intended, or any type of solicitation for goods or services is acceptance of contractual agreement to pay fee of $5000.00 per occurrence. Fee is due in US Dollars within 15 days of invoicing.
